VectorDraw Developer Framework
VectorDraw Developer Framework users should sign the VectorDraw Developer Framework (aka VDF) Annual Software Agreement and agree to the following (consider this as a summary of the VDF Agreement contract)
• The license(s) is per machine which means that if 5 programmers are going to work with VDF then you need 5 licenses, see the price list.
• The license(s) allows you to use the tool for an annual period by the date of the bank receipt of full disharge of the fees . If you wish to extend the licence(s) for another year you must renew your license(s).
• If you don’t renew your license(s) you do not have the right anymore to use either to sell applications using/based/created on the VDF libraries.
• If you don’t renew your license(s) and want to use VDF again you will have to buy it from the scratch.
• During the annual duration you will get all major and minor upgrades of the VDF libraries and also support from our support team.
• You shouldn’t use VDF libraries to develop a library or component. VDF can be used only in applications or in company internal use only libraries.
• You should provide to the sales@vdraw.com a valid e-mail address in order to be reminded for any upgrade release or expiration of your contract.
• Any custom developing for your company can be arranged as a different contract between your company and VectorDraw.
• The license(s) must be purchased by the legal entity that will create (internally or through an individual software developer) an application based and/or including the Tool, that subsequently will sell to end-users.
• If our company closes as stated in our VDF Agreement then you are entitled to get the VDF source code in order to use it in your application.

Notes for previous customers of VectorDraw (existing customers that have license(s) of  version 5 and below) 
• If you have an annual developer agreement you are entitled to get and upgrade to VDF 6.0 component free .When your current agreement expires you choose either to renew your subscription by signing the new VDF Agreement or continue your application with your current version without having any upgrades.
• Any of you that do not have an Annual developer agreement can upgrade to the latest VDF with a special upgrade price.
• Users that use Standard or Viewer component can upgrade to the VDF component easily giving their application a whole new prospect for the future.
• If you require a different number of licenses of the VDF please contact sales@vdraw.com to get a special price.

Trademarks
VectorDraw, VectorDraw Developer Framework (VDF), VectorDraw FileConverter, VectorDraw Professional, VectorDraw Standard, VectorDraw Viewer, VectorDraw CE-Viewer and their logos are trademarks of VectorDraw Software Corporation. All other trademarks used are the properties of their respective owners.

Warranty
VectorDraw Software Corporation makes no warranties. Every attempt has been made to ensure that the information contained in the help files is correct as of the time of publishing. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions. VectorDraw Software Corporation liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. VectorDraw Software Corporation is not liable for any special, consequential, or other damages for any reason.
 

VectorDraw Drawing ActiveX/Components
     License and redistributable files
VectorDraw is developed and published by VectorDraw Software Corporation. One license per developer is necessary. You may distribute the VectorDraw libraries, royalty free, with any application you develop. End users of your applications are not licensed to use VectorDraw for developing, and may not redistribute any of these files. It is your responsibility to make such restrictions clear to your end-users. You cannot use our product to build another ActiveX component or similar component.

Permission to use, copy and distribute this software and its documentation for any purpose and without fee is hereby granted after our permission, provided that the above copyright notice appear in all copies and that both the copyright notice and this permission notice and warranty disclaimer appear in supporting documentation, and that the name of VectorDraw not be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of the software without specific, written prior permission.
VectorDraw Inc. disclaims all warranties with regard to this software, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall VectorDraw be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this software.
VectorDraw Inc. hereby expressly declares that does not grant to the user any permission or license, direct or implied to use, modify, edit, port, reproduce or create any kind of distributable applications and/or derivative works, or any intellectual property right of the Open Design Alliance Inc. Libraries and in case the user does, is the sole responsible for any intellectual property rights violation. In no event shall VectorDraw be liable for any damage resulting from such use etc.
