Highlight hatches in 3D render modes

Summary

When RenderMode = Wire2d and when filled polygon is highlighted it is filled by diagonal cross hatch. But when RenderMode != Wire2d it highlight border lines of polyface only. Can you change this ?

Added in 6023 When an solid filled polygon is highlighting is drawn with a dotted mask.
