when I create a polyline and run:

Command: Polyline

Specify Start Point: 0.8206,0.4908,0.0000

Specify Next Point or [Arc,Close,Undo]: 3.2132,2.0092,0.0000

Specify Next Point or [Arc,Close,Undo]: 2.1549,3.0675,0.0000

Specify Next Point or [Arc,Close,Undo]: Arc

Specify Second Point of Arc or [Angle,CEnter,Close,Line,Radius,Tangential,Second pt,Undo]: 0.4525,3.3589,0.0000

Specify End Point of Arc: -0.1917,2.0859,0.0000

Specify Second Point of Arc or [Angle,CEnter,Close,Line,Radius,Tangential,Second pt,Undo]: Line

Specify Next Point or [Arc,Close,Undo]: Close

the polyline is closed with an arc instead of a line, in red the expected result
