Join selection does not return correct result

Solution

The problem has to do with different extrution vectors between selected curves

Fixed in 6021 order to support join of curves that have Extrution vector in the opposite direction.

In order to join an entitty with a polyline the entity must have the same Extrution vector with the polyline or the opposite one.
