When inserting drawings with XRefs then these are not loaded
Summary
When inserting drawings with XRefs that have different path than their original location then these are not loaded.
For example if a drawing A in folder "c:\test" has a XRef file B in the same folder as drawing A with path "x:\otherpath" then the xref is loaded properly if drawing A is opened but not correct if drawing A is inserted as block.
Solution
