bHatch command doesn't create correct hatch when the extrusion vector is not 0,0,1
Summary
When using bHatch on a “closed curve” (ex. vdRectangle) having an ExtrusionVector other than 0,0,1, the created vdPolyhatch is not positioned correctly, it is drawn on the WCS XY plane with ExtrusionVector 0,0,1
Solution
Fixed in 6018
