Elevetion is not working in Wrapper

Summary

Elevetion is working wrong in Wrapper. For example this code:

VDRAW.ActiveDocument.New
VDRAW.ActiveDocument.ActiveLayOut.Elevation = -1600  
VDRAW.CommandAction.CmdCircle "user", "user"

will not make a circle in z=-1600 but in 1600

Solution
