In ActionPolyline when ActiveHatchProperties are not none then when the cursor looses focus to show the action.
Summary
Currently when the control looses the focus (when a popup is shown or a floating menu) the action polyline figure is not shown.
Solution
Added in 6018 to show the polyline with ActiveHatchproperties when the control looses focus.
