Support of DWG Surface (extrusion) object

Summary

In DWG you can have objects like polylines arcs, lines, etc that can have an extrution vector and a Height property and they are treated as polyfaces. Can you support these ?

Solution

In 6017 these objects are converted in to vdInsert with vdPolyfaces.
