Solution
In version 6017 new properties was added in vdRuler object of vdScrollableControl.
Width : Get/Set the width of the horizontal and vertical ruler in pixels.
TextSize : Get/Set the size of the text.
TextFontFile : Get/Set the TrueTypeFont Name used to draw the text.
