Solution
In version 6017 new methods was added:
VectorDraw.Professional.vdPrimaries.
vdBlock.ToDocument (reference: VectorDraw.Professional.dll)
Creates and Returns a vdDocument object contaning to it's model all the vdFigure objects of the block entities.
Also some additional methods was added in Wrapper component (using vdraw.ocx)

vdBlocks.AddFromMemoryString
vdDocument.AddPictureToListString
