Change Pan and View3D VROT cursors in the resources

Summary

Add the Pan and View3D VROT cursors in the VDF resources so developer can change these cursors inside the resources without the need of writing extra code in the events.

Solution

In version 6015  new properties was added in vdres.txt

handpan

rot3d

urlhandopen

urlhand

 

The properties must be followed by a .cur file name

The file must by placed in VectorDraw.ActiveDocument SupportPath property or in the application path

example:

handpan^cur1.CUR

rot3d^cur2.CUR

urlhandopen^cur3.CUR

urlhand^cur4.CUR
