Highlight of entities with penwith

Summary

Highlighted entities with penwith are not shown properly as dahsed segments are large.

Solution

We have changed the display of such entities. When an entity is shown with a width more than 2 pixels then the "highlight" will not be like "dashed lines" but like the highlight of a solid filled entity.
