Solution

In version 6005 new Wrapper ocx (vdraw.ocx) was added in order to be used instead of old version 5.x activeX (Professional, Standard, Viewer) for easy Migration.

The display name of the new ocx control in the componets ActiveX is 'VectorDraw Professional 6.x wrapper'
