DGN file fails to open
Summary
I use the Vector Draw file converter to convert .dgn to .dwg, and have
about a 95% success rate. I am attaching a .dgn (version 8) file that will not
convert, although it is part of a plan set that all others worked.
Solution
It is fixed in 5.1.1.1039
