Summary

Lines are missing from SVG file that is created with the File Converter from a specific DXF file.

Solution

The problem with this DXF is that it has black background and so the lines are displayed white.

Try this. Open this drawing with CAD Editor, Change its background to white (Menu -> General -> General Settings -> Palette -> Change Item(0) from 0,0,0 to 255,255,255) and save it as VDF. Then you can use the File Converter to open this VDF file and convert it to SVG.
