If Height property = 0 then it takes the Height of the textstyle object.
If also this is zero then it takes the value 1.
Text in blocks:
It takes the value of the Height property multiply by x,y Scale factor of the inserted object.
Text in Dimensions:
If TextStyle Height is >0 then the text has the height of the TextStyle Object.
If TextStyle Height is 0 then the text has the height of the Dimstyle Height property multiply by DimStyle Scale Property.
