Solid covers over the block text associated with the polyline
Summary
For some polylines, a solid fill covers over the block text associated
with the polyline. For others, it does not.
Solution
If a block text is inserted after the polyline then the text will
be shown(their color must be different). If a block was inserted before the polyline
then you have to use ChangeOrder Sub to bring to front the block text.
