Allow tabbing between child controls when o job loop is open

Summary

Are you using some kind of capture when commands are executed. Trying to use a non-modal dialog to provide attribute values for block-insert. Item in this dialog can not be activated with TAB-key, is VD eating tab-keys?

It is fixed in 4.0.5.1024
