TTF Text is not Horizontal Aligned to Center correct

Summary

Text Horizontal Aligned is not working properly with ttf fonts.

Solution

Version 4.0.2.1020 works better with TTF, where a new constant value of TextStyle property, Extra was added (VdTextStyleDrawOutline = 1024). This draws the TTF texts as outline vector but it decreases the text display quality when texts have very small height in screen.

Text justifications , size and position is much better with SHX fonts.
