TextDist property of vdDimstyle is not working correct

Summary

The vDStyle.TextDist property does not appear to change the dimension's line breaking of a dimension when the verjust (vertical justification) is centre. It does appear to work when the verjust is above.

Solution

It is fixed in 4.0.2.1020
