We have discovered that an error occurs when we move dimensions.
Clicking the "Test" button will produce a dimension on screen, called out as 48' 0.00", which is correct.
Clicking the "Move" button will move the dimension up and to the right, and the callout changes to 47' 12.00", which is not correct.
It is fixed in 4.0.2.1020
